This course is for anyone with a human nervous system who feels the impact of stress in their body or mind.

For anyone who feels stuck in repeating patterns and habits in relationships.

For anyone who is sensitive to the onslaught of information and images and secondary trauma we are exposed to everyday in this modern life.

For anyone whose job/career stresses them to the point of not being able to enjoy the other parts of life.

For anyone who is sensitive to sensory input(loud noises, crowded places, bright lights).

For anyone who feels alone and tends to isolate away from others.

This course is for everyone because we all have a nervous system and it is automatically responding to the world around you on autopilot(underneath concious awareness).


If you want simple, gentle practices to reclaim your autonomy and choice in how you respond—without tipping into overwhelm or shutdown—this will be very supportive for you.

Over 21 days, you’ll move through short, gentle practices that help you listen to your body, recognize your stress signals sooner, and come back to yourself more easily. Practicing this over time builds more capacity to hold the stresses of life; so responding with choice instead of automatic overwhelm or shutdown starts to feel more natural.

This course consists of short daily videos to take bite sized practices to expand your window of tolerance. I don't recommend buying this course if you aren't prepared to put in the work and stretch yourself. It is super possible to Retrain your nervous system, but no one can do it for you, you have to be willing to show up for yourself again and again. If you are willing, this course consists of the most basic science-backed, peer reviewed studied practices that work.

Please note: this course consists of the building blocks to practice and have a baseline, to then be able to take deeper dives into your own nervous system and the effects it's having on your life.
